Legal Contact
Where to send a legal notice, a privacy request, a security report or a rights complaint, and what to expect.
العربيةChoosing a route
Each route below reaches the people who can act on that kind of request and records it so it can be tracked. Sending a privacy request to the support queue works but is slower, because it has to be re-routed.
Privacy requests
Use the privacy centre in the application. It handles seeing what is stored, correcting it, exporting it, changing a consent, deactivating an account and requesting deletion, and it records each request against your account.
Requests that cannot be completed automatically — a deletion blocked by a legal hold, a correction to a verified identity field — are routed to a person, and you are told why and what happens next.
Support and complaints
Use the Help Centre in the application. It routes to the team that can act and keeps the case history.
A complaint about a decision is an appeal. Use the appeal route on the decision notice, which sends it to someone other than the person who decided.
Security reports
Use the security route and follow the Security Disclosure Policy.
Report before publishing, do not access anyone else's data, and Warsha will acknowledge, keep you informed and agree a disclosure timeline.
Legal notices and rights complaints
Formal legal notices, infringement claims under the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, and requests from an authority use the legal route.
Include what you are claiming, the right you hold, and enough detail to identify the content, account or booking concerned. A notice without enough detail to identify what it concerns cannot be acted on.
What to expect
Every request is acknowledged, recorded, and given an outcome.
A response time is shown on the route you use, so the expectation is set at the point of asking rather than promised here in the abstract and missed.
A request that Warsha cannot grant gets a reason, not silence. Where a refusal can be appealed, the response says how.
Emergencies
Warsha is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the Egyptian emergency services first.
Report it to Warsha afterwards so the account can be dealt with under the Trust and Safety Policy.
